We have a brand new challenge and it may be a dream come true for you! 

We built this challenge with two objectives:

2) Make it affordable


Here’s the plan to get you results and make it affordable:

  • You need weekly check-ins to be successful. Once a week check-ins WORK. But once a week check-ins with our nutritionists are expensive. So we are going to group you together with like-minded teammates to make check-ins more affordable AND more fun! Take the survey on this page to get sorted into your group!
  • You need more time. You need 12 Weeks to figure out your new lifestyle and make it STICK. 12 Weeks guided nutrition would normally be over $600 (and worth it, btw), but in a group the nutrition check-ins will be only $16 a week for 12 weeks. 
  • You need accountability. But not just the accountability of a weekly check-in with the nutritionist. You need the kind of accountability where you have a challenge to complete each week and you’re given points based on whether or not you completed the challenge. You need the kind of accountability where your check-in is in front of your team and your results and progress are depended on by your teammates. It’s easy to be a little lazy when it’s just you and the nutritionist you’re paying to help you. It’s hard to let your diligence slip when your team is there every week depending on you to show them they can do it, too.
  • You need simplicity. Life is crazy. It’s busy. Let’s put away the apps on our phones and go back to the old ways. We won’t ask you to do anything that’s technical. Everything you’re asked to do will directly impact your life in a simple, beautiful way.
  • You need to learn and grow. Personally, I think this is the key to happiness. Every week there will be something to look forward to at your check-in. A personal growth exercise, a new recipe, and/or a new way to integrate your healthy habits will be waiting for you. 
  • You need a group of like-minded people to succeed. The power of the group helps you problem-solve and advance even further than you ever could by yourself or even with a mentor. The attached survey is the first step towards getting placed in your group. Groups only have 10 spots each. You may request to be grouped with friends or family in the survey.

  2. Sit down for your Goal Setting Intro Session with one of our amazing Trainers to set you up for success.
  3. We will reach out to you with the start date and time for your group based on your availability.
  4. Show up to your first group session and get excited for a fun and trans-formative 12 weeks!
