For the 7th year, Camp Rhino is bringing the ‘Sport of Fitness’ to Olympia! With 4 completely separate events to choose from, there is an event for everyone! $5,000 in prize money will be distributed among all 4 events, with prize money given to the winners immediately following each event.
Choose ONE Event out of the following 4 Events:
Event #1 – Boot Camp-Style
- Friday, September 14th 10am-1pm
- All levels of fitness
- May include Power Systems Boxes, Burpees, Sled Pushes, XD Sand Discs, and PowerWaves (subject to change)
Event #2 – Barbell Complex
- Friday, September 14th 1:30pm-4:30pm
- Weight will increase after every set of Barbell Complexes. Must be proficient in Deadlift, Power Cleans, Front Squats, and Push Presses (subject to change)
Event #3 – Boot Camp-Style
- Saturday, September 15th 10am-1pm
- All levels of fitness
- May include the Power Systems Flip and Plyo Box, Vault Box, Assault Bike, Dumbell Thrusters, and Kettle-Bell Swings (subject to change)
Event #4 – Snatches and Double-Unders
- Saturday, September 15th 1:30pm-4:30pm
- Barbell snatches increase in weight while decreasing in reps. Double unders included.

Entry fee: $50 for first event and Entry into the Olympia Expo, $25 for every additional event. All pre-registered competitors will be guaranteed spots in the event. Day-of registrants will be allowed in only if there is room in the heats for more competitors.
Family and Friends: Spectators make the event more fun! Spectators must pay for entry into the expo, no exceptions.

IMPORTANT: You can’t just go to the front of the Convention center and tell them you’re competing in our event. You have to go to the event registration booth to get your wristband! Here’s how to get in:

If athlete decides to take the free shuttles that they provide starting on Friday September 15th those buses will stop at the S2 Lobby prior to going to the S1 Lobby. The routes are Orleans Hotel, S2 Lobby (LVCC) & S1 Lobby (LVCC) and back to the Orleans Hotel.
Also, if an athlete / staff member wishes to bring in a friend, spouse, coach etc to watch them compete or if they just wish to attend the expo they will need to purchase a wristband which will be located in the South Hall 1 Lobby but since the lines can be very long in the mornings we would encourage them to purchase their wristband online at:
