We came up with a challenge to help you stay motivated AND help you feel awesome during this time! I don’t know about you, but I felt like my life was turned upside down. The things I used to do to keep me sane and happy were taken away and I was left with an empty hole in my heart and a muddled, unclear mind. I know what I need to do to get back on track, and I thought I would invite you all to join me. I need to workout every day. I need to eat healthy. I need to practice easy mindset and mindfulness habits. I need group accountability. I need a coach checking in on me. This challenge is going to help me get ALL of this and I’m inviting you to do it with me.

I expect my coaches to be filled up with the members they coach, but I will also be helping coach so we can have more spots available!
