I’m Julie, the owner of Camp Rhino. I know what it feels like to be overweight and completely unhappy. I know what it feels like to go on a diet and be completely miserable, tired and hungry. Included in the Classic 6 Week Challenge:

1) Your live 90 Minute Orientation and Nutrition Workshop (Yes, you may catch the replay. It will be broadcast live into the 6 Week Challenge group)

The orientations are hosted online and you may attend classes at either location 

  • You learn the 4 most important healthy habits to help you lose weight and feel amazing.
  • You learn the key to motivation and forming healthy habits.
  • You get your online habit tracker.

3) Your online accountability zoom calls live with Rhino Julie

4) Accountability. Your progress will be tracked through our habit tracker and Rhino Julie will be checking your tracker on the zoom accountability calls!

5) You will have full access to both of our indoor Camp Rhino locations 7 days a week.

6) Your final graduation (there’s a medal….)

mayow does the refund work? At the end of the challenge, if you graduate, you may get 50% back (on the credit card you used to sign up with) or you may apply the money towards a membership. Here are the requirements: 

  • Must do 18 classes in 6 weeks
  • Must fill out your habit tracker DAILY.
  • You do NOT have to be perfect with your habits, you just have to fill out the tracker each day.
  • The refund is for first time challengers only.


May I attend either location? After the online orientation, you may attend either location.

What if I want to start sooner? Sign up for the next challenge, and you can get started on your workout classes before the challenge begins!

What if I can’t attend the orientation? If you can’t attend the orientation, you may watch it online later.

What if I’m already a member? Camp Rhino Members will get 100% refund on their first challenge and maintain their membership.

Today, marks exactly one year I committed to something I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to commit to. ”I have always been a member of Camp Rhino. (Yes, I’m the owner, but first and foremost a member 😊) I lost 65 lbs doing Boot Camp classes in 2004/2005 and became an obstacle racer, but kept my bad eating habits and only trained hard so I could eat a lot.

I joined our Rhino 6 Week Challenge. It completely changed my eating habits forever. My goal was always either ‘lose weight or ‘not gain the weight back.’ I lost 13.5 lbs on the challenge!
