All of our CrossFit coaches are not only die-hard CrossFitters, they are also FULL TIME coaches! Coaching is not only their passion, but it is also their career.
They go take extra certification courses to learn even more about their craft, but it take more than that! It takes EXPERIENCE. There are many, many different ways to improve, for example, your dead-lift. But you can’t have some random classmate or part time coach give you pointers.
You need someone who has coached for years, someone who has helped others just like you improve. You need someone who is there every day, who knows your past injuries, who knows where your sore, who knows what level you’re at and what foundational movements you need to dial in before adding weight to the bar.
This is why we now only hire CrossFit coaches who are full-time career coaches, and they teach the same classes M-F so you get to have the same coach helping you every day and learning your strengths and weaknesses to help you progress. We hire coaches who have experience and who know how to get you to where you want to be.
