The right personal trainer can transform your life. In every way. Which is why it’s so important to get the right one the first time! 15 years ago, I was miserable. I woke up everyday and didn’t want to get out of bed. I was overweight, sad and disappointed with what my life had become. I wasn’t making very much money, I didn’t feel confident in business meetings, and I didn’t look forward to very many things besides food and TV shows. Fast forward to today, I lost 65 lbs and I am happy. I own two gyms in Las Vegas, and get to help mentor other trainers and gym owners to help save the World from sadness and early deaths. (Haha that’s what I tell my trainers…you’re saving the World!) Finally feeling good about my body and having energy all day long has allowed me to catapult my career, my relationships, my lifestyle and my happiness. You can get results, as long as you get the right trainer!

Step 1: Only hire a full-time personal trainer who has dedicated their career to helping you become the happiest, healthiest version of yourself. Great trainers are up to date on all the latest information so you don’t have to be. If they’re not full-time, they will have a hard time dedicating themselves 100% to you and your goals.

Step 2: Take advantage of the trainers free consultations! All trainers offer a free consultation, (Find our Trainers Links Here). Sign up and come prepared for some awesome goal setting and an on the floor consultation. These consultations should not just be sales pitches. The first 15-30 minutes should go deep into your goals and where you want to be in your life 1 year from now. The next 15-30 minutes should be a super cool on-the-floor assessment where the coach figures out which plan will be best for your unique body mechanics. The last 15-30 minutes should be the ‘prescription’ where the coach explains how long it will take to reach your goals, and gives you a plan for the best way to achieve them.

Step 3:  Communicate! If you don’t feel like it’s a plan that fits your lifestyle, make sure to communicate that with the trainer. They have a whole arsenal of options to help you. If you feel like you need a different type of coach, be sure to let the manager know and they will get you connected to one that suits you better. Trainers all work together and help each other with their clients, so you should never feel bad for requesting a different trainer.

Step 4: Commit! If you know the plan prescribed by the trainer will help you reach your goals, it’s time to decide that you’re worth it. Commit to the plan and watch your life transform <3

How do I know I got a great Personal Trainer?

The best personal trainers are there for YOU. They are not on their phones while coaching you, they come prepared with programming specific to your goals and they know that some days you need more stretching and other days you’re ready to get outside of your comfort zone. They become the person you can confide in and you look forward to seeing every day. We love developing our coaches and giving them more tools to help you improve in every area of your life mentally and physically. A great coach will always be working on their own personal growth so they can be there for you.

I hope you find a trainer who helps you transform into the best version of yourself! I know you can do it, you just need help from someone who is not only an expert, but also compassionate and empathetic.
