This interview is exactly what I wish 2004 Julie could have heard. Wowza. Coach Adrian, you are AWESOME. This is for beginners, advanced exercisers, and people of all health and fitness levels.
I interviewed one of my Rhino Gym Staff members and he didn’t give me the answers I was looking for. He gave me WAY BETTER ANSWERS. There comes a time in your life when your employees not only surpass you with their expertise, but they are also EXACTLY who you should have hired years ago to help you with your own problems you had at the time.
This interview made me giddy with excitement for so many reasons.
1) Coach Adrian is so excited and passionate about helping. You can tell he wants nothing more than for all of us to get on a call with him and tell him all our woes so he can help. And good fitness professionals can be the catalyst that shape the rest of our lives for the better. Having him on my team is just WOW.
2) I still have 19 interviews with 19 more staff members and I know EACH OF THEM are going to be dropping knowledge bombs in their own favorite subjects which is SO exciting. Why have I never done this before?!
3) I had ANOTHER new epiphany. I always give tactics, tactics, tactics, do this, step 1, step 2, step 3, etc. I wanted Coach Adrian to give me tactics for a beginner to get healthy and stay healthy. His response was not what I was expecting, and you can see the point where I realized HE IS RIGHT.
