“This is Jesus, one of my personal clients. Jesus came to me seeking specifically strength training stating that he did not feel confident lifting anything over 135 lbs without the risk of injury. In the 10 weeks we have been working together, Jesus has improved his confidence and movement patterns as well as his strength. He’s gone from 135 lbs in all three big lifts, to a 230 lb back squat and deadlift for multiple reps. And 165 lb bench press for multiple reps. In today’s session, we worked on bench press and pull ups, and then core stability through huddle rocks, superman rocks and then we finished up with kettle bell sumo deadlifts to work on his posterior chain and the rector synergistic dominance. We finally finished up with some goblet pressing, to increase strength in his shoulders as well as stability.” -Coach Josh
