Personal Training

Group Training

Working out with friends is fun! Group training allows your team to all come together and work towards a common goal.

It can easily be customized to your groups needs, abilities, and goals. Sessions can be as short as 12 visits, up to as long as your team needs.

 This could include:

– Workouts personalized to your fitness abilities

– Training for a race and/or event

– Increasing team moral in a fun environment 

7 years with an amazing organization, of fitness, friends, crying, laughing, and lots and lots of mental health healing. ❤️
