OUR CLASSES

Mini Ninjas (5-7 yrs old)

This hour long class helps your child gain confidence, strength, balance, and coordination. Great for all fitness levels of ability, whether they have done a  similar sport like gymnastics or have never done ninja. We keep fun at the focus of everything we do! Obstacle examples: Warped Wall, Z-Wall, Monkey Bars/Rings, Balances Beams, Platform Jumps. 

Beginner (8-13 yrs old)

Basic strength, balance, and coordination building for kids who have never done ninja or a similar sport like gymnastics. Learn how to fall, swing on ropes and rings, lache, run the warp wall, and much more! 

Beginner/Intermediate (8-13 yrs old)

A combination class of Beginner and Intermediate level ninjas.

Competitive Kids (8-13 yrs old)

Kids who have experience and are SERIOUS about competing on ANW or similar circuits. Child will need to be assessed by a coach to determine Physical Readiness, as well as Mental Maturity.

Teen and Adult (13+ yrs old)

Having fun while toning up! Obstacle course training are different every time and are designed to shape your body while challenging you at your fitness level. Warped Wall, Z-Wall, Monkey Bars/Rings, Balances Beams, Platform Jumps, and much more! 

Spartan Practice Obstacle Race (Teens/Adults)

Every Saturday at 11:15am David Funk, Spartan SGX  and Camp Rhino Coach, sets up a practice obstacle course race guaranteed to leave you feeling completely exhausted and simultaneously confident about your next obstacle course race.

Price: $30 Drop-In Fee or FREE for Camp Rhino Members
