How Does the Challenge Work?
Pay $300, get $100 rolled into a discounted membership, if you just:
1.) Attend 20 classes in 6 weeks at either Camp Rhino Bootcamp or CrossFit location.
– If you are unable to complete the challenge due to sickness/etc, you can use money towards next challenge (no date yet) or regular membership
2.) Schedule & attend 3 Accountability Check-Ins with your Coach
3.) Track all of your food every single day

We have one on one personal training, group training sessions, and one on one nutrition coaching if the group challenge format isn’t for you.

During my first 6 week challenge I lost a total of 15 pounds, 7% body fat, 4 inches on my waist and a lot of self doubt! I want to share with you how that first six week challenge impacted my life and the effects it continues to have in my life.
Today, marks exactly one year I committed to something I thought I wouldn’t ever be able to commit to. I’ve heard stories of how tough a CrossFit/ bootcamp gym can be and it low key scared the crap out of me, but I knew I wasn’t happy with myself at the start of 2018 so I had to do something about it. I committed to the 6 week challenge @camprhinohq and then continued going because of the ongoing success I had. As the months passed by I knew I was in the best shape of my adult life. I started overcoming obstacles I didn’t think I could do before. I don’t know where I’d be without the gym or this new lifestyle I’ve chosen but I’m glad I did. Anyone can do it, you just have to be willing to sacrifice some things to get the results. ”I have always been a member of Camp Rhino. (Yes, I’m the owner, but first and foremost a member ) I lost 65 lbs doing Boot Camp classes in 2004/2005 and became an obstacle racer, but kept my bad eating habits and only trained hard so I could eat a lot.
I joined our Rhino 6 Week Challenge. It completely changed my eating habits forever. My goal was always either ‘lose weight or ‘not gain the weight back.’ I lost 13.5 lbs on the challenge!
I said, “I want to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.” It has been a dream of mine for years. At 313 pounds and completely out of shape, that was a pretty lofty goal.
I remember that first workout, I was so nervous and had to modify everything, but I kept going. Looking back, the training that I received from Camp Rhino not only trained me physically but also mentally for the trek.
