Introducing Coach Derrick Lanham! He is going to tell us how to make your neck and back pain (and other pain) feel better if you work at your desk all day. The advice is simple, doable, and it WORKS. During the interview, I told him I have back pain from being at my desk…I’ve implemented his simple suggestions, and viola, I realized as I was editing his video I have back pain no longer! And I’m at my desk more than ever!
